John Henry remembered...
A very special person.

I was once a preacher. My congregation was down in the river bottom
of the Santa Clara river near Wagon Wheel in Ventura County California.
John Henry was the unofficial mayor of this lost world of broken lives.
He personally protected everyone weaker than himself,
running anyone out of the camps whether murderer, rapist, thief or arsonist.
His arch enemy was Joseph Pritchard. (Joe Preacher), a homeless man rumored to be a serial killer.
(we will never know because the Ventura County DA refused to look into the murder of homeless people)
